Omega Sigma Tau

About

Omega Sigma Tau is the first and largest Asian interest fraternity at UCLA. Now entering its 49th year, our fraternity aims to instill the ideals of Brotherhood, Class, Confidence, Excellence, and Diversity in all of its brothers.

In 1966, Ron Watanabe, Dennis Onoda, and Bob Tsutsui led twenty members of the Nissei Bruins Men’s Club in the founding of the fraternity to promote the ideals of Brotherhood, Class, Confidence, Excellence, and Diversity in all its brothers. 49 years later, the Omega Flame continues to burn brightly in the pledges, actives, and alumni of this fraternity.

From its roots as a small social organization, Omega Sigma Tau has grown into a powerful academic support system, a robust professional network, and most importantly, a family for all of its brothers. All male UCLA students are encouraged to attend our annual Fall Rush, taking place this year from September 21st – 26th, 2015. Come see whether Omega Sigma Tau is right for you!
